Suggested introductory prices for one cleaner working three hours. Final pricing depends on office size, condition, accessibility, and service requirements. Applicable taxes, if any, are additional.

The package includes three labor-hours, normally provided by one cleaning professional for three hours.

Suitable for a small office with approximately 1,000–1,500 square feet of routinely maintained space, depending on layout, restroom count, occupancy, and cleaning condition.

Heavy buildup, post-construction cleaning, hazardous waste, biohazards, exterior windows, carpet extraction, and floor stripping/waxing are not included.

Cleaning priorities will be agreed upon before the appointment. If the requested work exceeds the scheduled time, additional service may be arranged.
